They’re back …

Anybody else watch Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles last night on Fox? I thought it was pretty good. Interesting characters. Lots of action. Lots of explosions. Even a dream sequence.

I’ve seen all the Terminator movies, and I think it’s a pretty cool concept. But it also makes my brain hurt, the way most time travel stories do. Especially the first movie. My question is this — if the love interest from the future hadn’t come to save Sarah, would John have ever been concieved/born? How can the future John send someone back to save him if the guy is also from the future and he’s also John’s father?

Augh! Stop the brain pain!

But I’ll keep watching the show. Also got to get my Prison Break fix tonight, too. 😉

What about you? What shows are you watching right now?

I thought about watching it, but didn’t. I don’t want another show on my need-to-watch list. I watched American Idol the last two nights, and with my regular shows, that’s plenty. I have some good books I need to read!

I’m so glad to see Summer Glau back on TV. I do feel like I need to watch the Terminator movies again.

The Wire is back, and I’m loving it. The fourth season of the The Wire may be the best season of any show I’ve ever watched — So I’m very excited to see how the show’s fifth and final season will go.

I remember Summer from the few episodes I watched of Serenity. She’s really got the Terminator acting down pact. Blank face, monotone voice. Then, she’ll go and say something crazy. I really like her on the show so far.

I’ve never watched The Wire (sadly, I do not get HBO), but my significant others raves about it all the time. So does TV Guide. Although he admits that you really need to start at the beginning so you understand all the complex relationships …
