The Twelve Days of Bigtime approach …

You may remember me posting about the Twelve Days of Bigtime contest that I’m going to do. Basically, I’m going to be giving away autographed books, T-shirts, Amazgon gift cards, and more. All you have to do to enter is post information about Hot Mama on your blog, Web site, etc. :joe:

The contest kicks off Nov. 5 and runs through Nov. 16. Complete, updated details will be posted the weekend of Nov. 2-4. Or you can click on the Contests link on the right side of the blog to see what I’m talking about.

    I couldn’t wait. I’d planned to try for one of your contest prizes, but tonight (Tuesday, Oct 30) at Borders, I was at critique group and Hot Mama was on the shelves. So I broke down and bought my copy. I can’t wait to read it.

    I’d ask you to write faster, but from reading your blog, I realize you are a fast writer; it’s the publishers who are slow. Tell them they need to move good product faster. 🙂

    Hot Mama on the shelves already? Cool! I hope you enjoy it. And hey, you can still enter the contest. I’m giving away lots of other stuff besides books. 😉

    My agent also says that I write fast, but I don’t think I do. I do work on something all the time, though.

    Yeah, the publishing world moves at its own speed. Take JINX. I turned that in in May this year but it won’t be out until September 2008. The wait really sucks for readers, and not just for my books. I hate waiting for the next installment from my favorite authors! 🙄
