Book signings — Round 2 …

So, I did my second round of book signings on Saturday. Sold 16 books total. Not too shabby for only two signings.

And I learned something important — it’s all about location, location, location. I sold 10 books at the store where I was stationed by the entrance, compared to only six at the store where I was in the back corner of the coffee shop.

Next time, I think I’ll ask them to move the table to a better spot.

Six signings down, two to go (as of right now). I’m taking a break this weekend, but I’ll be haunting bookstores again on May 26-27. 😎

What about you? Do you think location matters when you sign books? Inquiring minds want to know …

I picked up a copy of Karma Girl a couple weeks ago at Borders in Kingsport. Sat down with it that night and literally could not put it down. I loved it. I insisted that my husband read it (he’s a comic book junkie) and he’s loving it as well. He has literally giggled out loud, and he never giggles.

I’m planning to stop by Borders on the 26th to pick up another copy and to meet you. Can’t wait for Big Mamma, Fiera kicks ass!

Hi, Chasity. Yeah! I’m so glad you and your husband enjoyed the book. Thanks for the nice words.

Are you talking about Waldenbooks in the Fort Henry Mall in Kingsport? Are they a Borders affiliate? I can’t keep them all straight.

But anyway, I’ll be there from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, May 26. Hope to see you then! 😎

    Hi Jennifer!

Opps, I didn’t mean to confuse you there (I’m told I confuse people often!) I was referring to Waldenbooks – I have a Borders Rewards card from them, so to me, they’re Borders 🙂
