She wasn’t convincing to me in the hostage negotiator role at all. Unless that was part of the point, I dunno. I haven’t seen the 2nd one yet.

I know that’s where they are going with the story. I just think it would be more interesting from the start if Echo was more of a La Femme Nikita type who *already* knows she’s working for a twisted organization.

Then again, I’ve never been a big fan of amnesia or mind-wipe type stories. The only story where I think it’s been done well is with the first Jason Bourne book/movie. But that’s just me …
