You're welcome. Libraries are some of my favorite places. ;-)

That's a good point -- there's no reason not to take advantage of both libraries and bookstores. I say get your book fix anywhere you can. LOL.

Thanks for the library plug- we know how great they and we love you authors when you come to visit too!
I use a small independent bookstore for the most part-she barely has room for her books, never mind programming! But I know the local chains do things on a regular basis so why not? A lot of my library patrons take advantage of the bookstore programs then come see me for their books-the best of both worlds!

No problem. You know how much I love libraries. ;-)

Exactly! There are always tons of events at all my local libraries, especially with all the kids' programs in the summer. And they're almost all free. Libraries are a great community resource, and I wonder if bookstores will shift to being that as well (at least in part).

Thanks for the library push! ;)

We have a strict "no shushing" policy here at my library. I refuse to let this be one of those uber-quiet crypts that no one wants to visit. We have programs here all the time and have really become more of a community center than just a library (a trend that needs to continue if we are to continue, I think.)
