    Spider’s Trap audiobook available for pre-order …

    Book #13Spider’s Trap, the 13th book in my Elemental Assassin urban fantasy series, will be released on July 28. Woot!

    Many folks have been asking me about the audiobook, and I am happy to say that the audiobook will be released on July 28, the same day as the print and e-book versions.

    The audiobook is up for pre-order at Audible. You can also pre-order the audiobook through Amazon.

    The awesome Lauren Fortgang will once again the narrator.

    One important lesson I’ve learned in the assassination business is that to be the best you have to roll with the punches. Now that I’m queen of Ashland’s underworld—by default, not by choice—a lot more punches are being thrown my way. But I suppose that’s the price of victory for taking down some of the underworld’s top dogs. Good thing I have my Ice and Stone magic to help me survive my volatile new position. Just when I think things are finally settling down, someone tries to murder me during a hush-hush underworld meeting.     Spider’s Trap cover art …

    Book #13I posted this on my Facebook and Twitter pages a couple of weeks ago, but I wanted to share the cover art for Spider’s Trap, Elemental Assassin #13, July 28.

    The cover was once again done by Tony Mauro, and the model is Alexa Martino. From what I’ve been told, she has been Gin on all of the book covers.

    I always enjoy seeing the covers and how tough, cool, and confident Gin looks. I especially like her shirt on this one. I think that’s a cool nod to the spider theme.

Also, the audiobook will be available through Audible, although that pre-order link probably won’t go up until sometime in May.     Release schedule for 2015 …

    Today, I thought I would share my book release schedule for 2015. Just keep in mind that this is subject to change.

    Also, my books usually come out the last Tuesday of the month before they are published. For example, Cold Burn of Magic is a May book, which means it will be out on April 28, the last Tuesday before May 1.

    Black Blade #1April 28 — Cold Burn of Magic — Black Blade #1 — This book will kick off my new Black Blade young adult urban fantasy series about Lila Merriweather, a thief who lives in a tourist town full of magic, mobsters, and monsters.

    Lila tries to stay out of trouble, but that doesn’t happen, and she finds herself working for the Sinclair Family, one of the most powerful mobs in town.

    To be determined — Bigtime #5 — I am hoping to write and self-publish another work in my Bigtime paranormal romance series sometime in 2015. Not sure if this will be a long novella or a shorter book. Just keep in mind that my writing schedule is already full for 2015, so I’m not sure if this will actually happen or not. We shall see.
