Glad you enjoyed the post. Actually, RWA is in NY every four or five years so it will be back there before you know it. And the literacy signing is open to the public so you don't have to pay to attend that.

Cool. Hope you enjoy the books. ;-)

Oh, yes. She definitely has a cool bookshelf -- and there was another one in her office that I didn't take a picture of. LOL.

Looks like a great time at RWA and thank you for posting about it!

I blog hop almost every day but I have a tendency to tune out stuff that I'm not familiar with. That said, by the time I realized what RWA was the registration for the conference was closed. So sad. I would love to attend the conference since I've never been. Ah well, mb next time when there's another one in NY! :)

In any case, I didnt attend but a very kind and thoughtful reader blogger surprised me with some autographed books from the conference...including from yours truly! :D

Btw, I love your editor Alice's bookshelf. If she needs help clearing space I wouldnt mind helping her. Lol!

You're welcome. I did join writers' groups. Mainly, I joined RWA, and I also found a local critique group through various folks I met through RWA and the various local chapters of that. I'd also encourage folks to maybe take some creative writing classes online or at their local colleges. There are a lot of resources to help folks improve their writing and info on how to get published out there. Good luck!

Yep, that's the plan. I'm going to release the first three and see how they do, and see if there's enough demand for number four. Hopefully, there will be, but we shall see.

Hey thanks for posting up your workshop worksheet! I will be trying it out later this week. (I'm part of a Sunday Writer's group on Facebook.) When you first started to write, did you ever get involved in groups to help you?
