My sister actually came up with using a board – I was going to use fabric. I ended up with 2 boards filled for myself and one for the giveaway (planned for May 23rd or there abouts).

Having someone with you always makes traveling to conferences more fun. Plus, whoever goes with me can explore the city while I do conference stuff, so it’s like a vacation for them too.

Most of the conferences will help folks find roommates or whatever, and it’s okay to go stag too. Half the fun of conferences is meeting new people. 😉

RT sounds like it was great. I wanted to go, but I am very uncomfortable in my pregnancy and didn’t want to leave the comfort of my home. I would love to go next year.

My question to you is, did you go stag to RT, meet up with a group of friends, or have a roomate. See, if I went I would have to have gone stag. It’s kind of unnerving, but I would have done it.
