It’s kind of sad that they don’t have more author/reader events in Canada, especially with Canadian writers like Kelley Armstrong and Michelle Rowen.

We love American authors (please don’t tell on me but so many of our authors write really depressing crap & have absolutely no interesting in meeting them– the exception being our YA & children’s authors who are exceptional) but no one offers these events up here – just saying. Now if I had more time, energy and contacts I would organize something ; )
