I read Bodyguard of Lies by Robert Doherty (Bob Mayer) and it had the same twist that I had planned for my novel. I was so bummed!

I haven’t been able to “fix” my novel since I took out that twist. Maybe I should just put it back in. It was my idea before he did it! And my idea is a little different.

I’m just afraid it’s not different enough … I’m always trying to be different!
