I actually do pay attention to cover blurbs, but only when the blurbing author is someone I recognize and whose books I love. From that point of view, I understand Jim’s position. But I understand as well how disappointing it must have been. I’m glad you’ve been able to snag some good blurbs in spite of this disappointment.
