A BHC reader! How cool. Thanks for the shout-out about the old column. I still love "Veronica Mars" and can't wait for the premiere next week. Veronica and Logan go to college ... it should be interesting. ;-)

"Alias" is also one of my favorite shows, and Grunberg was a big part of that. The way I understand it, the pilot episode of "Heroes" was supposed to be two hours long, with Grunberg being in the second hour as a telepathic cop. But they moved "Studio 60" to 10 p.m. and had to break up the pilot episode.

I've heard Grunberg say in interviews that he was glad he wasn't in the pilot, since he has a tendency to get killed in them (like with "Lost"). Either way, I'll be tuning in next week.

I really enjoyed the first episode of Heroes, but I was surprised that Greg Grunberg's character wasn't introduced. I really liked his work on Felicity and Alias, and I put Heroes on my TV schedule without reading one review because of him.
The Kitty Pryde line was the best thing I've seen refereced since you mentioned Veronica Mars in your old BHC column.
