Donna, when our dog passes, we don’t plan to have another one for a while because we want to travel. I already know I’ll miss her like crazy.

Thank you about my books. My books aren’t erotica or too explicit, but they do have sex scenes – in case that’s not appropriate for your granddaughter. I’m jealous of all her pets!

I don’t have any pets, And one of the reasons we don’t is just what this excerpt shows — we’re not home enough and therefore can’t pay enough attention to an animal. I’m sure we would love a dog (hubby highly allergic to cats), but just not sure we’re in a position right now to take care of one as he should be taken care of.
I’m looking forward to reading both CHRISTMAS AT ANGEL LAKE and CRAZY SEXY LOVE. And I know my granddaughter would love the books as well — she has 2 dogs & 3 cats!

I love griphons. My favorite story from Mercedes Lackey is her Gryphon Trilogy.
