I’ve been there twice before. It’s a cool place to visit, but I am not looking forward to the heat. LOL. We went to Savannah near the end of July one year. It was like 120 in the shade with the humidity.

Also, you should look into one of the ‘haunted’ pub crawls while you’re there; they’re at night, so always cooler, and you still most of the history you’d get with one of the day tours; though if your day is free, then the carriage tours aren’t bad.
