					<description><![CDATA[Definitely stick with Pilates!  It hurts at first, but once you get past the initial burn, you get a great workout without it really feeling like a workout.  I can&#039;t wait to be able to do Pilates again!  (My ever-expanding core prohibits me from doing them now, although I think the little one is busy doing them in there.)]]></description>
