Audiobooks available for Crimson Frost …

Some of you have seen this already, but my Mythos Academy young adult urban fantasy series is being released as audiobooks. Huzzah! I know a lot of folks really enjoy the audiobooks, and I’m glad that the series is being made available in this format.

Basically, the digital audiobooks will be available through Audible, while the physical CDs will be available through Brilliance Audio. You can also get the physical CDs through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, and other booksellers.

Crimson Frost is currently available as a digital audiobook through Audible. The physical CD audiobooks will be available on Jan. 22, again through Brilliance Audio and through booksellers like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, etc. The narrator for the book is Tara Sands.

The rest of the Mythos Academy series is being released in audiobook format (digital and CDs) over the next few months. I don’t have a lot of info on the exact release dates, but this is what is posted on Amazon:

Touch of Frost: Feb. 19 — Amazon

Kiss of Frost: March 19 — Amazon

Dark Frost: April 19 — Amazon

I’ll keep you posted as I get more information about the audiobooks and their release dates. Also, Midnight Frost and Mythos Academy #6 will also be available in audiobook format. At this time, First Frost, the prequel e-story, will not be available as an audiobook, but that may change in the future. We’ll see what happens.

Anyway, I hope that folks enjoy the audiobooks. Happy listening!

    Midnight Frost cover revealed …

Midnight FrostI thought that I would start the New Year off with a cover reveal, so today, I’m sharing the cover for Midnight Frost, the fifth book in my Mythos Academy young adult urban fantasy series.

Pretty cool, huh? I love the colors on this one, and I think the mix of purple and gray will print really well. Also, the model definitely has a bit of a tough-girl vibe going on here, which I think fits in well with Gwen and the story in this book.

Here is the description. Note that this does have some spoilers for Crimson Frost, so if you haven’t read that far in the series yet, you may want to avoid reading the description.

    Here we go again …

Just when it seems life at Mythos Academy can’t get any more dangerous, the Reapers of Chaos manage to prove me wrong. It was just a typical night at the Library of Antiquities — until a Reaper tried to poison me. The good news is I’m still alive and kicking. The bad news is the Reaper poisoned someone else instead.

As Nike’s Champion, everyone expects me to lead the charge against the Reapers, even though I’m still hurting over what happened with Spartan warrior Logan Quinn. I’ve got to get my hands on the antidote fast — otherwise, an innocent person will die. But the only known cure is hidden in some creepy ruins — and the Reapers are sure to be waiting for me there …

The print book for Midnight Frost is up for pre-order at Amazon. I imagine that the print book will go up for pre-order at other online booksellers soon. Also, it will be available as an e-book in all the various formats (Kindle, Nook, etc.). I imagine those pre-order links will go up later on in the spring. I’ll keep you posted.

Midnight Frost is tentatively set to be published in August 2013, which means that the release date should be July 30, 2013.

Anyway, hope everyone enjoys the look at the cover.
