Our post office has the self meter mail. If the line is long I use it. Maybe you can suggest they get one for your post, it much more convinent.

I’m not sure if you can print media mail through there, but it’s worth looking into. Plus, there’s Stamps.com, which has a monthly fee but may be worth it for you.

You can also buy sheets of 1 ounce stamps (postcard stamps), which are also very handy.

I have two postage scales from my Ebay days. One goes up to 2 pounds, and the other to 50. I still use them all the time.
