I went to a co-ed shower where the woman opened that and the guys were a hilarious mixture of confused as to what was and embarassed when they figured it out.

The breast pumps do resemble torture devices…one of the big reasons I’m bottlefeeding! (They really remind me of “The Machine” from Princess Bride. I don’t really want to drain 10 years of my life away.)

Still no baby has arrived for me yet. Any day now. I hope. I am enormous and resemble Jabba the Hut.

We actually pitched our Diaper Genie after a while and just put the used diapers in old Wal-Mart grocery bags, and twisted them shut. Worked just as well and it was free.

And yes, breast pumps can be implements of torture!
