Spider’s Trap giveaway …

So Thanksgiving is next week, and Christmas is a little more than a month away. Where did 2015 go? LOL.

Book #13But let’s kick off the holiday season a little early. How about a giveaway? 🙂

I’m giving away 5 copies of Spider’s Trap, Elemental Assassin #13. I also have an Arrow TV show bag that a reader was nice enough to send me from Comic-con that I’ll include with one of the books.

The contest is open to those 18 and older, U.S. only, due to shipping costs. To enter the giveaway, use the form at the bottom of this post.

Spider’s Trap is available at all the usual retailers, including:

Amazon Kindle / Amazon paperback / Barnes & Noble / Books-A-Million / iBooks/ Google Play / Kobo / IndieBound

The audiobook is available at Audible. You can also get the audiobook through Amazon. The awesome Lauren Fortgang is once again the narrator for the audiobook.

Here is the description for Spider’s Trap:

Keep your friends close but your enemies within stabbing distance.

One important lesson I’ve learned in the assassination business is that to be the best you have to roll with the punches. Now that I’m queen of Ashland’s underworld—by default, not by choice—a lot more punches are being thrown my way. But I suppose that’s the price of victory for taking down some of the underworld’s top dogs. Good thing I have my Ice and Stone magic to help me survive my volatile new position. Just when I think things are finally settling down, someone tries to murder me during a hush-hush underworld meeting. But the real surprise is how strangely familiar my shadowy assailant seems to be.

My job is to maintain order among killers, crooks, and thieves, and soon I’m embroiled in a bloody game where the ability to keep secrets could be the greatest superpower of all. My enemies have all sharpened their knives and laid their traps, waiting for me to fall. But this Spider weaves her own webs of death …

You can read the first chapter of Spider’s Trap here. Scroll down and click on the Read Excerpt tab, although beware of spoilers for previous books in the series, especially Black Widow.

I hope that everyone has a great holiday season. Cheers, everyone! 🙂

Hi! I’m making a comment for the giveaway entry form. I’m looking forward to the third installment of Sara B. Larson’s trilogy, Endure. It comes out around New Years. I’ve read your Frost Series, but have one read the first of your Spider series so I’ll be asking for more of those for Christmas! Merry Christmas and happy thanksgiving!

I’ve been reading this series since practically the beginning. Only two books had been out. It feels like forever now. There have been ups and downs but I’ve stuck with the series so far.

  3. Viki S. says:

My family won’t give me books. They think the fact that the house is decorated with them means I have too many – bah. The only book I know that is a sure bet to give is The Bible and I often do give it to friends and family :).

  4. Grace Hart says:

I love both Gin’s & Lila’s series. I admire the strength that both of these characters have. Many books out now have alpha men who supersedes even strong female characters.
Ms. Estep gets it right by having the male characters back up the heroines.

I’m giving my nephews their first set of Dr. Suess books for Christmas and I’m so excited to share them with them!

  6. LSUReader says:

Most of the books I give at Christmas are children’s books. I always give books to the grandkids. As for receiving…I do have Amazon gift cards on my personal wish list, hoping to load up my Kindle! Thanks for the giveaway. I love this series.

Any books by my favorite authors in paperback. I have most of them all on Kindle, and I want to expand my collection to paperback/hardback!

  9. Emily says:

I’m hoping to get some Kurt Vonnegut! I don’t have any particular books in mind to give yet, but I know I want to give some.

  10. Kimiko S says:

While I love Fantasy and the Spider series, I am looking forward to reading “Tricky Twenty Two”-Janet Evanovich and “Mind Magic” by Eileen Wilks. Happy Holidays!

  11. JenM says:

My sister-in-law and I are both big readers but have completely different tastes – she loves WWII non-fiction, whereas I read romance and UF. I enjoy shopping for her because it makes me look at books that I would otherwise never pick up.

  12. Kimberly P says:

This so great because Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday partly the food and family and the other part because my birthday falls so close to it. In fact it’s today!! I just turned 27 and am looking forward to reading your next book in February. For now I am content to read a biography of Henry VIII. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

  13. Pamk says:

Unfortunately I’ll be buying textbooks for son in college. He starts back for the spring semester in the beginning of January lol

I’m looking forward to getting Blood Kiss by JR Ward, Sweet Ruin by Kresley Cole and Shadow’s End by Thea Harrison.
For my daughter, I’m ordering Sweet Valley twins books 1-8 for starters

So many books to read – Waiting on JR Ward’s new book, just received “Winter” by Marissa Meyer, Have Jim Butcher’s new series Aeronaut’s Windlass waiting to be read… and that barely scratches the surface of my stack 🙂
I’ve Terry Pratchett’s new (and last) book for a friend, and Nancy Farmer’s The house of Scorpions for another friend.
If I win one of the copies – please give the bag to another winner. 😉

  16. Jennifer Burnett says:

I love your books! I liked Cold Burn of Magic and can’t wait to start book two as well.

Have been on board with Gin since book 1 and enjoyed every minute of the reading and re-reading. Thanks for providing a series with strong female characters and male characters who support them. Amazing ride in every book.
