Finished The Rustler by Linda Lael Miller. This is one of the books in her Stone Creek western series.

In this one, former outlaw Wyatt Yarbro journeys to Stone Creek, Ariz., to stay with his brother and turn over a new leaf. Soon, Wyatt is sworn in as a deputy and starts interacting with the townspeople, including Sarah Tamlin, who helps her father run the local bank. Wyatt is determined to court and marry Sarah, but Sarah has a secret, one that might tear her and Wyatt apart in the end …

I really enjoy historical romances set in the American West, and this one was no exception. Miller has a lot of interesting characters, especially Wyatt, who struggles with his outlaw past. This one is just a classic comfort read for western fans. Thumbs up.
